CHANGES AND REFUNDS
The Customer has the right to return the products purchased or to change the order (in whole or in part), without the obligation to inform the reason why it wishes to return or change the products, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date. In case there are many products in the same order the customer must send products at regular intervals from the delivery of the first.
If the refund is not made within the 14-day deadline, then ENERGIER΄S A.E. may not accept it.
In case of a refund request, the delivery return cost burdens the customer. The iban, the bank and the name of the payee should be included in the return form. Energiers returns only the value of the products within 10 business days and not the value of the shipping costs.
Compliance with the deadline is sufficient to send the change / withdrawal statement before the 14 day deadline expires.
Changes and refunds of products are accepted subject to the following conditions:
1. Product not worn - used beyond testing.
2. The labels (if any) of the manufacturer and the labels of the products have not been removed or destroyed.
3. All accompanying product, such as the box, any accompanying manuals and proof of purchase shipped back with the product.
4. If the product comes with a gift it should be returned as well.
5. Swimwear (bottom), underwear and socks are not returned for hygiene reasons.
6. The shipment's packaging must be secure so as to avoid any damage during shipment. Return with damaged original packaging due to negligence of client / sender or adhesive tape in box and / or notes with pen / marker, will not be accepted
The Change / Withdrawal Statement is filed electronically by completing the "Change or Return Product / Withdrawal Form" available on our website (https://www.energiers.gr) or it can be sent with the products. In first case, ENERGIER΄S A.E. sends a confirmation of receipt of the statement of withdrawal as soon as the statement has been received. The statement may also be submitted in writing by filling in and sending it to the company's address. The statement form is on the back of the Retail Receipt or the Shipping Invoice Receipt that the customer receives along with his order.
Return - change of the undesired product is done exclusively by the courier received by the customer (ACS or ELTA Door) at the expense of the consignee, is ENERGIER΄S A.E. In case of a change of product, the new product is also shipped by the company via ACS or by ELTA Door, depending on the region, at a customer charge of 2 euros. In the event of a product refund, the company will refund the amount received, without undue delay, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product, using the same payment instrument as the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
If the customer chooses another courier, the cost of the shipping burdens exclusively the customer. Return - change with another courier ENERGIER΄S SA charge will not be charged. Note that if the relevant product that the customer wants (eg larger size) is not available, the amount is bound to his account to use it for another purchase.
In case the customer receives a defective or damaged product, ENERGIER΄S A.E. will make every effort to replace it with the same or similar product at no extra cost. Defective is considered to be only the product that is inappropriate to be worn or used for its intended purpose or does not have the agreed properties as described on the company's website. Under no circumstances is the product considered to be defective from the pictures posted on the Company's website due to expected differences in their downloading and posting.
In case a defect is found, the customer is obliged to contact the online store by e-mail at [email protected] However, if a product is found to be defective, the company expressly reserves the right to diagnose the product in question as defective, after inspection by its employees.
Outside Greece and within the European Union:
Change - refund is made in any way the customer chooses and shipping costs are only borne by him.
In addition, the customer may make a change, free of charge, to any branch of ENERGIER΄S SA's network, which sells solely the company's clothing and supplies the necessary documents (Retail Receipt or Shipping Note - Invoice).
